We only use official service parts supplied by the original manufacturer in our repairs. This ensures your device is exactly as the manufacturer intended. Rest assured, no cheap parts are used with this service.
Simply order one of our collection packs. We send you a box and packaging as well as a prepaid and printed shipping label. Simply package your damaged mobile phone in the box with the packaging supplies we include and then arrange a free collection at your chosen time and day.
This service includes shipping you the box, packaging and labels and everything needed to send your device into us, a full quote to repair the device and also includes return postage for your device once it has been repaired. We will also return any devices that cannot be repaired, or should you not wish to carry out the repair.

How To Order Your Repair
You can either come to our shop and pay for the repair in person or order and pay for your repair online and then bring your device into us for repair. If you would like us to post the item back to you we can also do this if you select shipping at checkout.

Quality of Repairs
iPhone Repairs:

Why don't we use cheap Chinese copy parts?
While cheap parts are available for almost every model of phone or tablet, the quality is very poor when compared to the original. Lots of suppliers of these cheaper screens will say they are as good, however we have yet to see one that you cannot tell it's not a copy screen. The colours are generally very washed out looking, the touch response is very poor and the glass will break very easily or the screen will simply fail on its own. They also tend to not fit very well and in some cases can cause circuit boards to fail.
